A few days before Christmas the area had over 2 inches of rain that quickly froze. On the 26th it warmed up just enough for our sump pump to turn. Unfortunately the water kept building up in our basement and we thought the pump went bad. We called Sanz for help, Edgar was able to come out in about 2 hours. He quickly assesed the situation and came up with a solution. We were impressed by his abilities to use the things we had on hand to reroute the water. He was professional, on time, and smart. Sanz Plumbing came promptly to fix an unexpected problem that would have delayed our construction project. They did a great job re-directing a gas line so we could have a higher ceiling. I also hired them to fix a toilet that had been giving us trouble for years and 2 previous plumbers failed to explain the problem to me. They figured out the problem and fixed it in a way they should be a long term solution.
